How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the service and scope. Assessments are usually weeks, projects run on milestones, and partners are ongoing. You will see a timeline in the proposal before you commit.
What information do you need to get started?
We begin with your objectives, business context, and agreed scope. Sensitive system details are requested only when necessary and should be shared through an agreed secure channel.
Who will deliver the work?
A senior consultant leads from discovery to delivery, with clear ownership, a named point of contact, and any additional contributors agreed upfront.
How is our data handled afterwards?
Data handling follows the agreed contract and applicable requirements. Access is removed and project materials are securely deleted or returned according to the agreed retention and deletion terms, subject to any applicable retention obligations.
