Subprocessors & AI
Last updated: Oct 29, 2026
We want you to know who helps us process data and how we use artificial intelligence. This page lists our subprocessors and sets out our AI practices.
01Subprocessors
To operate and maintain the AIDUSEC OÜ website and provide our services, we may use selected third-party service providers that process personal data on our behalf. These providers support website hosting, communications, enquiry management, analytics and business administration.
We select service providers based on their security practices, data protection commitments and compliance with applicable data protection requirements. Where required, appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and safeguards are established.
1.1Website hosting and content delivery
We use GoDaddy, with data located in an EU country, to host, maintain and deliver the AIDUSEC OÜ website and its associated technical infrastructure. In the course of providing these services, technical information may be processed, including IP addresses, connection details, server logs and website request data.
Safeguards: appropriate contractual data protection arrangements, including a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and, where applicable, adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
1.2Business email and communications
We use a business email service to receive, manage and respond to enquiries, business correspondence and client communications. Information processed may include names, email addresses, contact details and the content of messages or attachments.
Safeguards: appropriate access controls, encryption, contractual data protection commitments and a DPA where required.
1.3Website analytics
Where analytics services are implemented, we may use them to understand website performance, visitor interactions and general usage patterns. Depending on the technology used, this may involve pseudonymous identifiers, device information and website usage data.
Non-essential analytics technologies will only be activated where the required consent has been obtained. Data location: EU. Safeguards: consent management, data minimisation, appropriate privacy settings and contractual safeguards where applicable.
1.4Accounting and invoicing
We may use accounting and invoicing software to manage business transactions, prepare invoices, maintain financial records and fulfil applicable accounting and tax obligations. Information processed may include client names, business contact details, billing information and transaction records.
Data location: EU. Safeguards: appropriate access restrictions, secure record management and contractual data protection arrangements where applicable.
1.5International data transfers
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. This may include an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary safeguards where necessary.
1.6Changes to service providers
We may update or replace our service providers as our website and business operations evolve. Any changes will be reflected on this page and in our Privacy Policy where they materially affect the processing of personal data.
For questions about our data processing practices or third-party service providers, please contact us through our contact page.
02How we handle changes
We review providers before engaging them and when their terms or security posture change. When we add or replace a subprocessor that handles client personal data under a service agreement, we notify affected clients in line with that agreement, typically 30 days in advance, so they can object.
03AI transparency
We believe people should know when and how AI is used. This section describes our use of AI in connection with AIDUSEC OÜ.
3.1Where AI is used
- Website content: Some drafts of text or images may be prepared with AI assistance. All published content is reviewed by a person.
- Interactive AI features: We do not currently offer a chatbot or other AI assistant on this website.
- Internal operations: We may use AI tools for drafting, summarising and research. We do not enter personal data of website visitors or confidential client data into AI tools unless an agreement and appropriate safeguards are in place.
3.2Our commitments
- No solely automated decisions: We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
- No training on your data: We do not use personal data from website visitors to train or fine-tune AI models, and we choose providers that contractually do not train on our data by default.
- Human oversight: A qualified person reviews AI-assisted output before it is relied on or published.
- Disclosure: Where required, we label AI-generated or manipulated content and tell you when you interact with an AI system, in line with the transparency rules of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act as they apply to us.
- Security and privacy by design: AI providers are assessed for security, data location and retention, and are listed in Section 1 when they process personal data.
3.3Limitations
AI can produce incorrect or incomplete output. Content on this site is general information, not professional advice (see our Terms). If you think AI-assisted content is wrong or inappropriate, tell us.
