Terms of Use
Last updated: Oct 29, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They set out the rules for using www.aidusec.com and the limits of what the Website offers.
01Who we are and scope
These terms govern your use of www.aidusec.com (the “Website”), operated by AIDUSEC OÜ (“we”, “us”), Estonia. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Website provides information about our cyber and information security, technology and AI-related services. Professional services we deliver to clients are governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
02Permitted use
You may use the Website for lawful business or personal information purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, accounts or connected systems;
- run vulnerability scans, penetration tests, load tests or automated attacks against the Website without our prior written permission (see Section 8 for responsible disclosure);
- introduce malware, interfere with normal operation or circumvent security measures;
- scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale, or use the Website in a way that breaches law or third-party rights;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
03Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, download and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep notices intact. Any other use, including republication or commercial reuse, requires our written consent. “aidusec” and related logos are our brands.
04Information only, not advice
Content on the Website is general information about information security and AI. It is not legal, regulatory, security-assurance or other professional advice and does not create a client relationship. Security and legal circumstances differ; please obtain tailored advice before acting on any content. We try to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
05Enquiries and engagements
Sending an enquiry through the Website does not create a contract. A contract for services arises only when both parties have agreed and signed (or electronically accepted) a written proposal, statement of work or agreement. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through contact forms before an appropriate confidentiality agreement is in place.
06Third-party links and content
The Website may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
07Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or any mandatory rights of consumers. Our aggregate liability under these terms for any claim relating to the Website is, where legally permitted, limited to EUR 1,000. Liability under any service contract is governed by that contract.
08Responsible disclosure
If you find a security vulnerability in the Website, please report it to our security team via the contact page with enough detail to reproduce it. We ask that you act in good faith: avoid accessing or altering data beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue, do not disrupt services, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before public disclosure. We will acknowledge reports promptly.
09Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy, Cookies and Subprocessors & AI pages.
10Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Estonia, in particular Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives a consumer the right to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
11Changes and general terms
We may change the Website or these terms at any time; the version published here applies from the date shown above. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Questions: our contact page, or write to AIDUSEC OÜ, Harju County, Tallinn, Kesklinna district, Tornimäe St 5, 10145.
